Located on the beautiful Flamingos beach on the Mexican Riveria, Acqua Flamingos is located only 20-25 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta, this is one of the most beautiful beaches with sand stretching as far as you can see, north and south. It is the best walking and swimming beach of the area. 

You will never get tired of the 340 degree views. From watching the sun rise to watching the sun set, from the mountains north to the south end of the bay. You will enjoy the view of the entire bay and nature's own entertainment of dolphins and whales and the outstanding sunsets. 

This is an absolutely beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bathroom custom 1900 sf condo, with sliding glass walls totally opening up onto your 2700 sf patio. There are two master bedroom suites, each has a king size bed, each with it's own 'en suite' bathroom, enjoy the large custom shower in each suite. Both suites enjoy the ocean view, the sound of the waves and have access onto the patio without going through the great room. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and the use of the third bathroom (not en suite) which has a large custom shower. Enjoy cooking in the custom kitchen with all the 'at home' conveniences; refrigerator with icemaker, full gas stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, trash compactor, etc., and all the cooking utensils. For outdoor cooking there is a stainless steel Weber propane gas grill. 

The condo will be cleaned once a week at no additional charge. If you would like additional cleaning you may make arrangements and payments with the cleaning person directly. 

There is a super grocery store, 'MEGA', approximately a mile from the complex and a small market just a couple of blocks north of the complex for 'quick pick ups', at Villa del Palmer.

There are many restaurants within a short walking distance, a little further north in the next town of Bucerias you can dine on the beach at a different restaurant every night or south to Paradise Village area or Puerto Vallarta for some wonderful places to eat. Rent a car at the airport or catch a cab out on the street, as well as a bus stop across the street from the complex (the least expensive mode of transportation and the most interesting!)

So many things to do....golf, jet skiing, parasailing, horseback riding on the beach, sight seeing, tour a tequila making facility, go deep sea fishing, go Zip Lining or romantic dinner boat rides (Vallarta Adventures) night clubbing........OR simply sun bathe, walk on the beach, swim and refresh yourself in the two cool infinity pools then lay around the pool and socialize or enjoy the warmth of the beach sand and swim in the warm ocean waters.

Wake up each morning and think....just another day in paradise!!

We were very pleased with the rental at Acqua Flamingo. There was plenty of room for 2 couples and could easily accommodate 6 people. The deck/patio is huge and the private plunge pool is great. It's nice to be able to sit on your own private deck and be able to cool off without going all the way down to the pool. I would have liked more shade options on the deck as it was difficult for everyone to be under an umbrella in the heat of the afternoon - this is an easy fix which I'm sure has been rectified by now….we visited in November. The elevators were a bit slow and the hallway to the unit was very hot in the evenings (with people running their clothes dryers which vent into the hall) but overall the unit is great. The mega is about a $6 cab ride away or approx 20 minute walk - great selection of quality meat, produce and other groceries. The restaurants are not as close as I had hoped. You can walk to a few places on the beach but it's about 1/2 hour on the beach - hot during the day. Same thing on the street for dinner - November was very muggy and hot so not the greatest in your dinner attire. We are very active and walked almost everywhere but many would need to take a taxi. Wonderful views from the condo.
